Time and again, the link between poverty, ignorance, and abuse has been proven. The solution to end the cycle of abuse is education: Educated people have more job opportunities, are less likely to suffer from addiction, and more likely to leave abusive households. This article discusses the role of education as social empowerment, and goes on to explain how education is easier than ever to achieve.
